This was received from the FAA New York Aircraft Certification Office concerning the applicability of the IO-540-C1C5 model:
AD 2008-14-07 incorporates Lycoming SB 342E by reference and as you pointed out, Lycoming omitted the IO-540-C1C5 engine model when they issued SB No. 342E.
However, Lycoming's list of, "CERTIFIED AIRCRAFT ENGINES", SSP-204 available on the internet at; http://www.lycoming.com/support/troubleshooting/resources/SSP204.pdf states the following on P. 20 -
IO-540-C1B5 250 2575 100/100LL 8.50:1 Same as O-540-A1D5 but with Bendix fuel injector -48
IO-540-C1C5 250 2575 100/100LL 8.50:1 Same as –C1B5 but has AN fuel pump -
Since the IO-540-C1C5 is the same as the IO-540-C1B5 except for the fuel pump, the fuel tube routing and clamping are the same. Therefore, Lycoming SB 342E, Diagram No. 21 on P. 25 that shows the fuel line routing and clamping for the IO-540-C1B5 can be used to illustrate the fuel line routing and clamping for the IO-540- C1C5 engine.
