EZ Upate Error on Start of Navigator "transport connection"

I get an EZ Update error every time I start or stop NavigatorV about a "transport connection" problem and that "connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

Depending on the computer and the programs installed NavigatorV may display an error on startup or shutdown as it is talking to the EZ Update service. The most common errors say:

“Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.”

and

“EZ Update Service is currently activation an update. Please wait for the update activation to complete and then try again.”

On a PC with this error we need to adjust the EZ Update communication information. The attached file will fix this issue.
To use this fix, the user must download the attached file, and run on every machine where Navigator is installed.

It is not necessary have to copy that file to every machine, but you need to execute the file from every machine with this issue. The fix will copy a new version of the file ATP.Network.TCP.Client.dll to your program files directory. It will rename the file that is already there to ATP.Network.TCP.Client.dll.bak.
