We have numerous AD profiles made on the aircraft we service. Lately, we have had 2 occasions when pulling a profile up to update it, all the categories are still there, but the previous information we had inputted, dates, times, etc. is missing. What would cause that? There are 3 of use in this repair station that access this feature and we all know not to delete things like that.
It maybe due to profile are not saved after updating it. We recommend to click on file then save after entering 3-4 entries in compliance tab.
Also we recommend to make a backup of all of your profiles every week so you can use it as reference or restore a copy.
