Tool for corrogated skin straightening

Several months ago I received a flyer on a tool for straightening slightly bent skins on Cessna flaps and ailerons, but I have since misplaced the flyer and have no idea who was selling the tool.

I'd like to purchase the tool if anyone knows the vender.
