New LSA Rules

Posted by carol on 02.03.10 at 03:56 PM

As most of you know, the new rule is out for review before it becomes effective April 2, 2010. The easiest way to read the rule is to go toward the bottom of the document where it list the regulation and the changes to it. Read the changes then read the rule as it is and compare the two, if you are unclear of the change, go back and read the comment section. Please reply all back with your questions as I want to start a Q & A email thread. If you don't want your question to be viewed by all, email me directly and I will post and reply. Below is a link to the final rule document.
